ГЛОБАЛЬНОЕ ИЗМЕРЕНИЕ РАЗВИТИЯ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ СОБСТВЕННОСТИ 

Проанализированы современные тенденции развития сферы интеллектуальной собственности. Исследовано глобализационное измерение процес­сов формирования интеллектуальной собственности и раскрыто место Украины в этих процессах. Систематизированы показатели международных рейтингов, отра­жающих динамику интеллектуально-инновационной деятельности стран. Рассмот­рены роль украинских субъектов на мировом рынке информационных технологий и динамика показателей, связанных с использованием интеллектуальной собст­венности.
 
Ключевые слова: интеллектуальная собственность, глобализация, роялти, информационные технологии.
