МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ СОЗДАНИЯ КОМПАНИИ В США
Проанализированы и выделены основные этапы регистрации бизнеса в Соединенных Штатах Америки всоответствии с законодательством страны. Исследованы особенности регистрации в определенных штатах (Делавэр, Нью-Йорк).
Ключевые слова: компания, корпорация, общество с ограниченной ответственностью, акционерное общество, учредители, бенефициары.
